Lamb Chops
1/2 rack of lamb pan seared and slow roasted in the oven, finished with a Cafe de Paris Dijon-Brandy cream sauce. Served with a wild mushroom risotto and sauteed seasonal vegetable. (please allow time for preparation)

Crab Stuffed Ravioli
handmade ravioli filled with crab, boursin and roasted red peppers. Served with a lemon cream sauce with fresh tomatoes and basil.

Pan Seared Salmon
served with a citrus buerre blanc, choice of pasta and vegetable medley.

Spinach Mezzalunas
filled with spinach, pine nuts, sundried tomato and ricotta with a pesto cream sauce.

White Chocolate Layer Cake with berries and Chambord cream or
