  • Spotlight Jazz with Allan Vaché

    Allan Vaché returns for an exciting night of jazz with the Nick DeCarlis Quartet!

    We are excited to have clarinet virtuoso Allan Vaché back for his third Spotlight Jazz appearnance! By any measure, Allan is one of the top jazz clarinetists on the planet. He tours around the world, and has recorded albums for labels including Arbors Records, Audiophile, Jazzology and Nagel-Heyer.

    A former member of the Jim Cullum Jazz Band (San Antonio), Allan has performed on Public Broadcasting programs including “Riverwalk Jazz,” “Austin City Limits,” and “A Prairie Home Companion.”

    This will be an exciting night you won’t want to miss. Reservations are highly recommended, especially for the first set.

    Orlando’s Jim Snyder has been one of the busiest jazz clarinetists of the last 35 years. As a result of his extensive travel with trumpeter Al Hirt, and with New Orleans’ Dukes of Dixieland, Jim has performed with many of the country’s symphony orchestras. Jim has been regularly featured at jazz festivals all over the U.S. with Wally’s Warehouse Waifs. Jim has appeared at Rosie O’Grady’s in Orlando and Mahogany Hall in New Orleans in the bands of Banu Gibson, Conrad Jones & Eddie Bayard. Other appearances include Walt Disney’s Magic Kingdom for 13 years, Epcot, Disney/MGM Studios and Cypress Gardens.

    We will be closed on Memorial Day to honor those who have fallen. Please take this day to remember and pray for those we miss and the loved ones they have left behind.

  • Amore In a Bottle

    Just in time for the holidays, Francesca's has started bottling their signature Marinara and Tomato Sauces, along with Minestrone and Pasta e Fagiole.  This is the very same sauce we serve here in the restaurant, slow simmered and bottled the same day.  

    Our bartender, Chris, who has a love of design, drew the picture of the building to resemble an old villa and designed and printed the labels for us.

    We are producing in small batches and they go very quickly. More work for the Chef!

  • Cioppino

    Chef Michael introduced our cioppino to the menu. In Northern Italian towns nestled on the seashore, eateries serve a local favorite meal of assorted fresh seafood in spicy tomato-based sauces called cioppinos.
    Our dish is loaded with delicious mussels, clams, calamari, shrimp, and a fresh fish served with a spicy tomato broth and seasoned ciabatta bread. Take a bite into an Italian summer delight.
