On June 1, 2008, Frances and Michael Khey opened up Francesca’s Trattoria in Northwest Gainesville. Our recipes have been perfected for over 30 years from ventures in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. It was the slower pace of North Florida living that drew the couple to Gainesville, and they have since fell in love with the community and the people in it.
