This meal has been family favorite for over 25 years (along with the Snapper Francaise). The creamy sauce is what sets apart this snapper apart from the others we have come across.  We sautee snapper and place it over a bed of fresh spinach and douse it with our white wine tomato cream sauce.  It seems that many of our customers refuse to leave a drop of sauce on the plate
