Cioppino

Chef Michael introduced our cioppino to the menu in Summer 2010.  In Northern Italian towns nestled on the seashore, eateries serve a local favorite meal of assorted fresh seafood in spicy tomato-based sauces called cioppinos.

Our dish is loaded with delicious muscles, clams, calamari, shrimp, and a fresh fish served with a spicy tomato broth and seasoned ciabatta bread.  Take a bite into an Italian summer delight.
